We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is truly a fantastic place in every way. The building itself is very modern and stands out compared to many other buildings in Yerevan. The construction quality and standards are noticeably higher than most buildings in the city.
The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and offers an amazing view. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable.
The management company Hotelise was also excellent — always responsive and very quick to reply to any requests or questions.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Yerevan. You truly can’t find a better apartment in a better location in the city.

Comfort right in the hearth of Yerevan! Everything one needs to feel home - it is nice to feel that every detail is well "predicted" and present in the place. Appliances are of very high quality, the place though situated right in the center, was quiet and peaceful. Hot floor in the bathroom was a nice addition to the overall comfort of the place. Certainly highly recommend it to others looking for a nice stay in one of the prime locations in Yerevan.

Really awesome place with a great location! The apartment looks stunning and modern, just like in the photos. The host is very helpful and responsive - one of the best places in the city, 100% recommend!
